Quick Start Guide
Welcome to AppSalon! This guide will help you get your account up and running quickly.
Overview
After registration, follow these steps to set up your AppSalon account and start accepting bookings.
1. Complete App Wizard
After a successful registration, you'll see the App Wizard. This helps you set up the most important information:
- Organisation Information - Your business details
- Location Information - Opening hours & photos
MostFound is our integrated booking platform where customers can discover and book your services. Your personal MostFound page is automatically created and displays your business information, location photos, services, and allows customers to book appointments directly.

Location photos you upload are displayed on your MostFound page, helping customers find and recognize your business. Make sure to upload high-quality images of your location.
2. Check Progress Status
In the navigation bar, you'll see a "Progress Status" indicator. This shows which important setups you still need to complete:
- ✅ Complete organisation information
- ✅ Complete location information
- ✅ Create an employee
- ✅ Create a product
The progress indicator will guide you through the setup process and disappear once everything is complete.
3. Complete Organisation Information
Make sure all required organisation information is filled in.
Required Fields:
- Name - Your business name
- Email - Contact email address
- Phone - Contact phone number
- Website - Your website URL (if applicable)
Where to go: Settings → Organisation
4. Complete Location Information
Make sure all required location information is filled in.
Required Fields:
- Location name - Name of your location
- Street name - Street address
- Postcode - Postal code
- City - City name
- Opening hours - Your business hours for each day of the week
- At least one location photo - Upload photos of your location

5. Create Employees
Add yourself or other employees to your account. Employees can be assigned to appointments and customers can choose their preferred staff member.

6. Create Products
Add products (services) that customers can book. Products can be:
- Items - Physical products or retail items
- Sessions - Services or treatments (require a Session Flow)
- Other - Miscellaneous products
- Giftcards - Gift card products

7. AppSalon Smart Website
Your personal website automatically adapts to the information in your AppSalon system. This means:
- ✅ Your customers always see current information (opening hours, social links, etc.)
- ✅ You don't need to maintain a separate website
- ✅ More time for your business!
