Learn how to create and manage your products, including treatments, items, gift cards, and more.

Overview​

The Products module helps you build your complete product catalog. You can create different types of products, organize them by categories, set prices, manage inventory, and add custom attributes like colors, sizes, or any other options your customers need to choose from.

Product Types​

When creating a product, you'll choose from four product types:

Item​

Physical products or products that require inventory tracking. Examples: hair products, beauty supplies, retail items.

Session (Treatment)​

Services or treatments that require appointments. Examples: haircuts, massages, facials, consultations. Note: Session products require a Session Flow to be configured.

Other​

Any other type of product that doesn't fit the above categories.

Gift Card​

Gift cards that customers can purchase and redeem.

Getting Started​

To get started with products, follow these steps:

  1. Create a Product - Learn how to add a new product to your catalog with all the basic information
  2. Configure Settings - Set up locations, categories, employees, and display options
  3. Add Attributes - Create custom options like sizes, colors, or special requests
  4. Manage Products - View, edit, and delete products in your catalog

Product Creation​
