- They are no longer with your organization
- They were created by mistake
- You're cleaning up your employee list
Important: Before deleting, make sure:
- No active appointments are assigned to this employee
- No pending bookings depend on this employee
- You have a backup of important information if needed
- Historical data (past appointments) may still reference the employee
How to Delete an Employee
- Open the employee you want to delete
- Click the "Options" button (three dots ⋮) in the top right corner
- Select "Delete Employee" from the dropdown menu
- Confirm the deletion in the popup dialog
Warning:
- Deleting an employee cannot be undone
- This action is permanent
- Make absolutely sure you want to delete the employee before confirming
What Happens When You Delete
When you delete an employee:
- The employee is permanently removed from your system
- They will no longer appear in employee lists
- They cannot be selected for new appointments
- Historical data (past appointments, contracts) may still reference them, but the employee profile is gone
