Manage multiple locations for your organization. Each location can have its own address, opening hours, contact information, and photos.

The Locations settings allow you to create and manage multiple locations for your organization. Each location can have its own address, opening hours, contact information, and photos.
Where to go: Settings → Organisation → Locations
Creating a Location
Click the "New Location" button to create a new location.
Required Fields
To complete a location profile, the following fields are required:
- ✅ Location name - Name of the location
- ✅ Street name - Street address
- ✅ Postcode - Postal code
- ✅ City - City name
- ✅ Opening hours - Business hours for each day of the week
- ✅ At least one location photo - Upload photos of your location
Location Information
Address
Complete address information for the location:
- Street name - Street address
- House number - Building number
- Postcode - Postal code
- City - City name
- Country - Country (usually pre-filled)
Contact Information
Location-specific contact details:
- Phone - Location phone number
- Email - Location email address
- Website - Location-specific website URL
Opening Hours
Set business hours for each day of the week:
- Monday through Sunday - Set opening and closing times
- Closed days - Mark days when the location is closed
- Special hours - Set different hours for specific dates
Location Photos
Upload photos to showcase your location:
- Multiple photos - Upload several photos of your location
- Photo requirements - Recommended size and format
- Display - Photos appear on your MostFound page and help customers find and recognize your business

Managing Locations
Editing a Location
Click on a location card to edit its information, opening hours, and photos.
Deleting a Location
Remove a location that is no longer in use. Note: This action cannot be undone.
Setting Primary Location
Designate one location as the primary location for your organization.
Where Location Information Appears
Your location information is automatically displayed in:
- AppSalon Website - Location details on your website
- MostFound Page - Location cards with photos and information
- Booking System - Customers can select a location when booking
- Customer Portal - Location-specific information
